• What does my ticket include?

  Your ticket includes access to The Beauty Experience: LDA Makeup Masterclass, live makeup education, hands-on practice, interactive beauty experiences, guest speakers, beauty stations, networking opportunities, refreshments, photo and content opportunities, and a curated goodie bag. Some experiences and benefits vary depending on your ticket type.

• What’s the difference between General and VIP?

  General Admission gives you access to the full masterclass and interactive beauty experience. VIP guests receive additional exclusive benefits, including 1-hour early access, breakfast pastries and drinks. front-row seating, personalised feedback during the practical session, professional headshots, priority shopping with exclusive discounts, access to a follow-up online Q&A and our private VIP WhatsApp community.

• Do I need to be a makeup artist?

  Not at all! This experience is open to everyone who loves beauty, whether you're a beginner, beauty enthusiast, aspiring makeup artist or already working in the industry.

• Do I need to bring my own makeup?

  Yes. We encourage guests to bring their own makeup products, but brushes will be included at the beauty bar and but bring your own tools for the hands-on portion of the masterclass. This allows you to practise the techniques using products you're already comfortable with.

• Will makeup products be provided?

  There will be selected products available throughout the event and opportunities to discover and experience different beauty products. However, we recommend bringing your own makeup kit for the practical session.

• Is the masterclass beginner-friendly?

  Absolutely! The masterclass has been designed to be welcoming and educational for all skill levels. Techniques will be demonstrated step-by-step, with opportunities to practise and ask questions.

• What time should I arrive?

  The event begins at 11:00 AM on Saturday, 10 October 2026. We recommend arriving early to allow enough time for check-in and settling in. VIP ticket holders will receive 1-hour early access and separate arrival information before the event.

• Where is the event located?

  The masterclass will be held in Brunswick, Melbourne. Full venue and arrival details will be provided to ticket holders immediately after purchase & before the event date.

• Is food and drinks included?

  Yes. Guests can enjoy refreshments throughout the experience, with external catering, mocktails and other refreshments available as part of the event. VIP guests will also receive breakfast during their early-access experience.

• Will there be hands-on practice?

  Yes. This is an interactive masterclass, not simply a demonstration. You'll have the opportunity to practise techniques during the event and put what you've learned into action.

• Can I come alone?

  Of course. You don't need to attend with anyone. The event has been designed to create a welcoming environment where you can meet other beauty lovers, creatives and industry professionals.

• Will there be guest speakers?

  Yes. We will have special guest speakers from the beauty industry sharing their knowledge, experiences and professional insights. Keep an eye on our socials for our official guest speaker reveals.

• Are tickets refundable or transferable?

  Tickets are non-refundable. If you're unable to attend, please contact the LDA team regarding transfer options. Any ticket transfer must be approved prior to the event.

• Is there a dress code?

  There is no strict dress code, but we encourage you to come in any sunset ,tropical colours , such as green, yellow, orange, pink, but most importantly bring your confident and be camera-ready.There will be plenty of opportunities to take photos and create content throughout the experience.

• Will photos and videos be taken?

  Yes. Professional photography and videography may take place throughout the event for promotional and social media purposes. By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in event these content.

• What should I bring on the day?

  Please bring your makeup products, brushes and personal tools for the practical session, your ticket or booking confirmation and your phone or camera for content. Most importantly, come ready to learn, connect and enjoy the experience!
