This style of body work is important for those who want to deepen the therapeutic application of their practice, and I feel, should be essential for anyone offering Massage, as the nature of such can be sensitive for so many.
Trauma isn't going away, but, with this approach to Massage, you can help individuals to overcome theirs.
In this informative half day workshop, you will learn how to hold someone in a way that regulates and relaxes their nervous system, that releases the main holding patterns of tension associated with physical or emotional trauma, and how to support clearing both energetic and remedial tension with a pro-preceptive approach to a full body massage.
We give and receive in this wholesome half day workshop (followed by a Yoga and Meditation 3 hour event, if keen to attend, discount will be provided)
