Event description
We're bringing together beer, food, and flavour for one big night at the Bellbird Hotel.
Enjoy five curated courses by up-and-coming Chef Roshan Tamang, each paired with a refreshing beer (TBC). You'll also receive a Tooheys care package on arrival and an in-person presentation exploring the flavours behind each dish and their beer pairings.

Hand-cut salt and pepper squid with wild rocket salad (Seafood appetiser)
Charred pork pinchos with spinach and feta salad (Warm starter)

Chicken supreme glazed with creamy mushroom, beetroot hummus purée, golden chat and baby carrots (Main)
Apple rhubarb cake with berry compote (Dessert – GF, DF)
