Who: Any man who is ready to transform the dynamics of his life, step into his power, and take control of his future! (AGE 16+)

The Primal Warrior Project is designed to guide men on a half-day transformational journey. The aim is to reconnect you with your core, primal nature—untamed, fierce, and deeply rooted in survival and protection—while also embodying the discipline, courage, and honor of a warrior 💪🏽

What to Expect:

Opening by the Taribelang Bunda Tribe – We will begin with a traditional welcome and acknowledgment from the Taribelang Bunda tribe, honouring the sacred healing space. This sacred opening is set to open our minds and hearts as we are officially welcomed 🦅

Yarning Circle – We open the space with an authentic yarning circle, fostering deep, honest conversations about what it means to be a man today. This is a space for men to share their stories, challenges, and aspirations without judgement, creating a brotherhood rooted in trust💪🏽

Primal Movement, Challenges & Games – Engage in physical activities and playful challenges that awaken your primal energy and natural body movements while guiding you out of your comfort zone to find your deep inner strength. These exercises are designed to help you reconnect with your body, cultivate resilience, and discover self-empowerment in a supportive and fun environment🔥

Breathwork Session – Tap into the power of your breath to release emotional tension, expand your awareness, and reconnect to your primal essence. Through conscious breathwork, you’ll learn to channel your inner strength and find balance between control and surrender🙏🏽

Brotherhood Connection – Throughout the day, we build deep bonds with one another, reinforcing the power of support and accountability within a strong, conscious brotherhood🫱🏾‍🫲🏻
