The Better Man Series creates space for honest reflection, meaningful conversation, and practical growth.

And it’s not about fixing your whole life in a week.

It’s about taking an honest look at yourself, understanding what may be holding you back, and beginning to take small, courageous steps forward.

Across five sessions, we will explore:

Day 1 — The Mask
What am I hiding behind?

Day 2 — The Burden
What am I carrying that is weighing me down?

Day 3 — The Mirror
What truth about myself do I need to face?

Day 4 — The Repair
Where do I begin repairing?

Day 5 — The Standard
What kind of man am I choosing to become?

This series is built on a simple framework:

Awareness → Choices → Experiment

Build awareness of what’s really going on beneath the surface.
Examine the choices shaping your life.
Experiment with small, practical steps that move you forward.
