Need a break from the chaos? For teens 12-17, The Big Chill is your chance to slow down, breathe and do something good for your mind.

Kick-off the afternoon with a mix of relaxing, fun activities, including:

VR meditation
Mini-golf challenge
Eco-art workshops
Gaming + chill zone

You’ll also have the chance to join info sessions with young experts from the EASE program (Women’s Safety SA) and SHINE SA. It's your opportunity to ask questions and chat all things sexual health, mental wellbeing and relationships - No pressure, no judgement, just real talk and good vibes.
