Over 250 of Australia's best independent designers come together with fifty of the most acclaimed tastemakers from across the country to create a feast for the senses. 'Almost Winter' showcases established and rising talent across fashion, homewares, jewellery, tech accessories and more.

You’ll know it’s 'Almost Winter' when you see the Royal Exhibition Building come alive under a starry night – perfect for sipping cocktails from Australia’s most highly awarded distillers. While perusing all the amazing design products on offer, visitors can relax and enjoy delicious cocktails, coffee, local wines and a mouthwatering selection of food from Ca Com, Ugo Burrata Bar, 400 Gradi, Wonder Pies, Casa Nata and more.

Admire artist Irina Nazarova's beautiful creative installation floating above before you open a limited-edition designer showbag and indulge in a mouth-watering selection of gourmet food.

Get caught up in a fashion runway that will take over the whole Royal Exhibition Building, then step into the world of the 'Almost Winter' kid's creative space.

TICKETING INFO:

Tickets are available online here and on the door all weekend. Kids 12 and under are free.

All tickets to The Big Design Market are cashless and we accept card-only payments at the door. Some exhibitors will accept cash, but be sure to bring your credit/debit cards too.  

All tickets are non-refundable. Your ticket is valid for entry on any one day of the event.
