Lovingly crafted for those seeking to move their body in a gentle way, to release tension and to relax the nervous system.

This BIG Relax will incorporate movements that release through the WHOLE BODY inviting in a literal felt sense of melting the tension away and feeling the body let go of tension and release deeper into the floor.

The class will be a blend of gentle somatic movement to release tension and possible trauma that is stored in the physical body, nourish the nervous system with restorative (passive poses) and complete with a yoga nidra to guide you into an even deeper state of relaxation whilst still conscious to invite the rejuvenation and healing from this peaceful, restful state. Super slow, super gentle and deeply unwinding, unraveling and releasing all that is present to let go .

This class is both relaxing, engaging and uplifting, moving from a place of ease and effortlessness and incorporates restorative and fluid poses.

It will be very much self-paced and can be adapted to support injuries or conditions you may be navigating.
