The Big Relax
Event description
The BIG Relax is a class that has been lovingly crafted for those seeking to move their body in a gentle way, to release tension and to
relax the nervous system.
This deeply nurturing class incorporates Slow Gentle Yoga poses, Hanna Somatics, Breath Awareness, Fluid
Movement and Restorative poses to unravel stress and cultivate healing.
Through this type of practice the body is invited to melt away tension, holding, stress and pain that may be stored in
the body. AND the nervous system is given an opportunity to recalibrate and reset so that you can feel nourished, rejuvenated and
energised.
It is very much self-paced and can be adapted to support injuries or conditions you may be navigating.
All props are provided however you are welcome to bring your own mat. Please bring along a water bottle and layers of clothing and wear comfy clothing.
