Join us for the sparkling open night of ‘THE BIG small EXHIBITION!’ the highly anticipated return of DONALD JAMES WATERS OAM! The only small thing about this exhibition will be the size of the artworks!!

The opening event will be held on Friday 17th May from 6.30-8.30pm. Where we will be unveiling new original artworks painted specifically for the exhibition.

Celebrate in style with the Don and the CEAC team in our new gallery where you will be made to feel extremely welcome so come with others or come alone. This event promises to be an unforgettable experience with refreshments and nibbles served throughout the night.

About the Artist:

Donald James Waters OAM, is an established Australian artist with an illustrious career spanning over three decades. His artwork transcends many genres to create a truly unique yet ever-evolving and eclectic style. Don's iconic artwork is recognisable for its stylised strokes, overemphasised characters and bold blocks of colour. His distinctive style facilitates strong storytelling in his artwork. Many collectors are proud owners of Don's work, including none other than Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II! It would never go to his head though; Don is a laid back, friendly and engaging fellow who loves a chat.

The exhibition will be running from the 17th May until 31st May 2024 with a variety of events;

Saturday 18th May: Floor Talk

Sunday 19th May: Art Workshop Day 1

Monday 20th May: Art Workshop Day 2

Tuesday 21st May: Mentor Talk
