The workshop includes:

3.5 hours dedicated to you: the mother becoming. You will have an opportunity to meet and share with a small group of like-minded mamas-to-be in a safe and supportive environment.

A mixture of guided reflections, meditations and discussions to help you feel empowered as you step into motherhood.

A comprehensive workshop booklet to record your insights and reflections. It will include your post natal plan that we will work through during the workshop.
