Event description

The Biscuit Tin project is a primary prevention initiative promoting a culture of respect for older women. We want to help end the ageism, sexism, gender inequalities, violence and abuse older women experience. 

Join us for this 30 min online seminar on how to facilitate a Biscuit Tin project in your community. Dr Catherine Barrett will outline what The Biscuit Tin project is and what the Biscuit Tin Facilitator's Kit includes. The presentation will cover:

  • The primary prevention approach
  • Project activities
  • Evaluation approach and expected outcomes
  • What's in the Facilitator’s Kit
  • Support for facilitation
  • License cost and agreement
