The Biscuit Tin Project, Recipes for Respect: Boroondara
Description
The Biscuit Tin project is an initiative by Celebrate Ageing Ltd that aims to promote equality and respect for older women.
Take a peek inside the Biscuit Tin Project with us and Lina Tallarida, Active Ageing Partnerships & Projects Coordinator, City of Boroondara.
The City of Boroondara launched Recipes for Respect Boroondara in June 2026 at an event that celebrated the vital role older women play in families, workplaces and community life. Recipes for Respect Boroondara shines a light on these experiences and encourages conversations about inequality and respect while recognising the contributions of older women.
During this 30-minute free, online webinar, Lina will share tips and insights into what made the Biscuit Tin Project Boroondara so successful and will touch on:
Project planning and timeline
Internal and external stakeholder engagement
Recruitment of workshop participants
Workshop Resources
Benefits and learnings for the organisation and project participants
