Join us on June 1st for an unforgettable team of 4 based workout.
What is the Blueprint?
The Blueprint is a 60min team of 4 based workout, going back to the core of strength and conditioning. Situated inside a 2800sqm hangar expect the energy to be high and be prepared to heat things up on the first day of winter here in Melbourne.

- Mixed In Any Ratio
Who is this for?
This is for the everyday fitness enthusiast looking to put themselves in a challenging environment yet non competitive by a clock sense, everyone is a winner at TrailerFit events, you bring the best version of yourself to the team, uplift each other and see what you are capable off when the pressure is off. A level of fitness knowledge is advised and we do ask to read through the workout prescribed.

FAQ 1 – Do I need to stay for the whole event?
Nope! Your team will have a designated wave start time. Warm-up, workout, and finish-line photos will take about 1 hour 30 mins. After that, you're free to enjoy the venue and vendors at your own pace.
FAQ 2 – What should I bring?
A water bottle, towel, and any small items that keep you comfortable. No need for a big bag, we want you to feel light and not flustered
