If you're anything like me, you know there's a mission or goal on your heart. Maybe you've figured that part out - or maybe you're not quite clear. This event will be hosted at the beautiful plant based cafe, Flora by Greenhouse on Sunday 26th May from 10am to 12pm.

This will be an intimate breakfast so you have plenty of access to me 1:1 to ask questions as well as connect with other like minded women. When we are in the process of personal growth, it's key to be surrounded by community & cheerleaders to support you forward. Throughout the morning we will be tackling the four key components to breaking through self doubt; self awareness, self belief, self trust & self mastery. You will leave with a clear understanding of where you're at now as well as a vision statement or goal to create a 'north star' for where you're headed. You will uncover the key thought or belief preventing you from taking action + I will guide you through some simple hacks to breaking up with self doubt so you can begin to rebuild your self belief. Together we will uncover the three key areas women find themselves out of alignment + set a 30 day action plan & success ritual to not only rebuild our self trust but create self mastery. #empoweredAF

PS - Your booking fee will also be providing nutrition for school children in Australia. One child in every Australian classroom goes to bed or school hungry everyday. Children who go to school hungry have difficulties concentrating in class, experience learning difficulties and are more likely to miss school frequently.
