Breathwork is one of the oldest and most powerful tools for transformation

The way you breathe right now is shaping the way you think, feel, and move through the world. That pattern may have been set as far back as the moment you were born. The good news? It can be changed.

In this 75-minute journey, we use guided breathwork to gently move you into a place where your body's own intelligence can do what it was always designed to do. Release. Integrate. Reset.

Beneath the noise of daily life, beneath the stories and the stress, there is a place of deep calm and clarity. This practice helps you find your way back there.

Your cells carry the memory of your life... your experiences and your emotions. Through conscious connected breathing, we create the conditions for that held tension to begin to soften and dissolve.

Think of it as a reboot for your nervous system. A process of surrender, self-acceptance, and coming home to yourself.

As your inner world shifts, so too does everything around you.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

This is for those that wish to explore and experience deep states of consciousness and healing.

Experience is not a must as long as you have an open mind and trust the process.

WHO IS THIS EVENT NOT FOR?

The techniques used in this event can possibly evoke physiological and emotional responses. These responses are all natural and normal responses of the body as it releases past trauma and repressed emotions. However, if you come under any of the following categories below then it is recommended you seek clearance from a health care professional before deciding to commit to this event.

- Cardiovascular conditions
- Personal history of heart attacks, high blood pressure or angina
- Glaucoma or retinal detachment
- Recent injury or surgery
- Any condition that requires you to take medication to assist with breathing or lowering blood pressure
- Personal history of PTSD, panic attacks or psychosis
- Personal History of Seizures
- In the middle of a severe mental illness
- Personal history of aneurysms (or family history)
- Currently pregnant or are breastfeeding

- Yoga Mat
- Eye Mask
- Blanket
- Water Bottle
- Note pad/pen
- Bolster/Pillow

PARKING:
There is plenty of parking available at JNPT.

WHAT TO WEAR:
Dress code is warm and comfortable clothes you can move freely in.
