Held at Rise Temple, nestled in the lush Byron Bay hinterland, The Breath Spa is a deeply nurturing private experience for individuals or couples. These one-on-one or side-by-side sessions are crafted to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deep reconnection.

You’ll begin with a somatic breathwork session — gently guided to explore slow, regenerative breath and build toward release through conscious, embodied awareness. You’ll then receive a full-body massage to support integration and dissolve tension, followed by a 40-minute infrared sauna session to complete your journey in warmth, stillness, and deep rest.

Whether you're coming solo or with a partner, this is a sacred return to self through breath, body, and presence.

Breathwork + Massage: $333
Breathwork + Sauna: $244
Full Experience (Breathwork + Massage + Sauna): $355
Sauna is $22 per person

Couples Sessions (shared experience for partners or companions)

Breathwork + Massage: $291 per person ($582 total)
