Join me for a two and a half hour, intimate Breathwork event where we’ll be exploring conscious connected breathing to tap into an altered state of consciousness. I will be facilitating 10 beautiful humans through a soft, healing and transformative 1 hour Breathwork Journey.

This is a space to be held, seen and heard, a place that allows you to safely explore your inner world, your inner landscape, a place where you are the healer, and I am here to hold space.

If you are new to Breathwork, I welcome you with open arms, there is no need to have done or even heard of Breathwork before - all you need to do is surrender and trust.

When we allow ourselves to feel, that's when we begin to heal. This is designed to help you heal past trauma, close the loop on any unresolved events, release stress and tension from the body, gain your power back and allow clarify and calmness back in your life.

You will leave the event with more tools to support you in your day to day life as well as experiencing the power of the breath.

“Hi Tinelle. Firstly, it was a fantastic workshop thank you, the technique is amazing, loved the energy I experienced. I think it would be nice if everyone introduced themselves and gave a bit of a background as to what bought them to the course, to create a bit of a belonging within the group and a sense of comfort. I struggled to hear your voice a couple of times, so a bit more volume there perhaps, might just be old ears :) And lastly, a bit more of an explanation on how to do the active breath itself, I think some people are not even familiar with breathing down into their belly and up into the chest, though in saying that everyone seemed to do just fine. You have a wonderful soft but sure way of being, and a beautiful confidence too, you put it all together in a very classy package, the gift bags and cacao were a lovely touch, thank you.”

“I have to say I was quite nervous going into my first breathwork knowing I have a lot to deal with. The whole time I felt held, safe and peaceful. Tinelle was kind calm and amazing support throughout my breathwork journey. This experience is unlike anything I have ever done before and I feel like I have insight into my inner self. Thank you, Tinelle,”

“I cannot explain how/what I felt at the event, just that it was profound, and possibly the most spiritual experience I've ever had. I was open-minded but still a little sceptical about whether it would 'work' for me and I'm completely blown away. Tinelle, you have brought something so valuable to our community and I'm really grateful for your calm and caring hand in taking me on this journey. The space was beautiful, the explanations easy to follow, and the structure of the afternoon was logical. I felt safe and seen, and I really appreciated the touch and reminders that breathwork is work during the activation. So glad to have been a part of your first event. Congratulations and thank you."
