The BreathWorkshop invites you to explore the power of your own breath – to create calm, deepen awareness, and connect with yourself on a whole new level.
Join us for a relaxing, calm, and insightful workshop in beautiful Agnes Water, where you'll be guided by Jay Anderson of Hauora Healing and co-laborating with Jenny Saunders JMT Angnes Water.
Jay Anderson is from Aotearoa NZ, living on the Sunshine Coast. He is a Mirimiri and Romiromi and breathwork practitioner who has been sharing the power of the breath for the last 10 years and is excited to share his culture and the breath in Angnes Water.
You will be guided through Integrated Breathing techniques – a gentle yet powerful approach to regulating your nervous system and finding stillness amidst daily stress.
✨ In this workshop, you'll:
• Learn practical breathing tools to bring more ease into your everyday life
• Understand the difference between nasal and mouth breathing – and why it matters
• Explore a range of breathwork styles suitable for all levels
• Be supported in a safe, open space with no pressure – just breath and presence
