Join us among the trees for a 1-1 Breathwork circle - a chance for an inner journey with individual support to explore, release and connect.

You are welcome just as you are.

We begin with a group meditation and grounding activity, and there is an invitation to share intentions for the session if you wish.

An individual sitter guides and holds space for each breather, starting with a 1-1 check-in with your sitter before a Conscious Connected Breathwork session to music.

After the Breathwork, there is a time to check in with your sitter, and / or to journal and reflect before a short group closing circle.

Doors open at 9.45 am for a 10 am start, and we finish sometime between 12.30 pm and 1 pm.

This style of Breathwork is generally safe, but is not recommended in pregnancy, or for those with asthma or epilepsy, for people who should avoid cardio activity, or for people with recent experiences of psychosis.
