Join us among the trees for our September afternoon group breath circle - a chance for an inner journey to explore, release and connect.

Just after the Spring equinox, as the light builds and the days lengthen, this is an opportunity to reconnect with what delights you and to release old patterns that no longer serve - in a group Breathwork journey guided by Teresa Rose.

You are welcome just as you are.

We begin with a group welcome meditation and grounding activity, and there is an invitation to share intentions if you wish before a Conscious Connected Breathwork session to music.

After the Breathwork, there is a time to journal and reflect before a short group closing circle.

Doors open at 1.45 am for a 2 pm start, and we finish sometime between 4.30 pm and 5 pm.

This style of Breathwork is generally safe, but contraindications include pregnancy, epilepsy, untreated asthma or cardiac conditions, and recent surgery or experiences of psychosis. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
