Let me show you how by connecting you to the Power of your own Breath?

Join me for an unforgettable journey of self-discovery, heart opening and healing.

With the Power of the Breath and the Heart opening properties of the Cacao this dynamic duo will take you on a powerful, transformational journey within.

WHAT IS BREATHWORK?

Breathwork is exactly what it sounds like, manipulating the breath to consciously change breathing patterns to alter your state of being. Working with the breath might be one of the most underrated techniques in our self-care toolbox.

The breath is your most powerful tool to keep you grounded and connected in your physical body as you navigate through the shifts, challenges and changes of life. When we consciously connect the breath, we get to feel into deeper parts of ourselves. Revealing what lays in our unconscious to our consciousness.

Through Breathwork, old patterns can be revealed and broken to make room for new habits, relationships, and abundance. Conscious Breathing has the potential to transform the quality of your life on every level.

WHAT IS A CACAO ACTIVATION?

Cacao has been used for centuries as a “plant medicine” due to its heart opening qualities and wide-ranging health benefits, and when grown and consumed consciously, carries a vibrational quality that opens us up to a higher level of healing. Cacao ceremonies bring us together to share an intention, and by consuming ceremonial grade chocolate, we can activate and allow a deeper state of being.

ABOUT MELISSA:

Melissa is a Qualified 'Rebirthing' Practitioner, Intuitive Life Coach, Energetic Healer and IIN Holistic Health Coach.

Being born a highly sensitive, intuitive empath Melissa has been on a journey from birth. A journey with many highs but just as many challenges. Which with little understanding of herself and her abilities she struggled internally to cope with her high sensitivity to life and the depth of how she felt.

Through the years this led her into depression, anxiety, chronic fatigue, adrenal exhaustion and unexplainable health problems. Which then, was a reflection of her life externally she had created of abusive relationships, over doing, giving and people pleasing.

Through her commitment to her inner work it allowed her to shift, grow and change her life and transform her health. Being guided through her shadows to see that she was here to use her life experience and gifts to not only heal herself but to help others do the same.

She discovered a Breathwork technique called "Rebirthing" in her early 20s, which she studied with her mentor Ron Bass. Committed deeply to this breath practice she was amazed by the transformation to her own inner growth but then she wasn't quite ready to share this healing.

She continued studies in many areas to deepen her knowledge to heal. From holistic health, yoga, to intuitive life coaching, mediumship, chakra cleansing and meditation. What she realised is that through all modalities she studied it was all connected by the Breath.

With the combination of her Rebirthing, Yoga teaching and integrating her mentors Ron Bass and Belinda Davidson teachings. She was able to be guided by her intuition, balance and harness her energy and channel and heal with the white light. Through this powerful combination The Breathworks Experience was birthed..

Allow me to be your personal guide, to hold space for you on this unique journey. Designed to discover and connect to the power of your own breath. Facilitate the release of old patterns and abandon negative energy. Allowing you to open up to a greater sense of love and gratitude – so that you may ultimately step further into the life you know you are ready to live..
