Dear @FirstName,

Thanks so much for booking to attend @EventName.

We are really excited to share this work with you. Please read below for our health and safety guidelines.

Questions about our COVID-19 Safety plan? Keep on reading...

Do I need to be vaccinated to attend SEE events?
In line with Tasmanian Public Health guidelines, all SEE events will require attendees over the age of 12 to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

How do we provide proof of vaccination?
You’ll need to provide proof of vaccination when entering the venue. The easiest way to provide proof of vaccination is via the Check in TAS App.

What if I don’t use the Check in TAS app / don’t have proof of vaccination on my app?
We’ll also accept printed government-approved documentation if you do not have a smartphone.

How do I add my vaccine certificate to the Check-In TAS app?
Please refer to the Tasmanian government’s guidance.

Can I cancel my tickets if I become unwell or can’t attend due to covid restrictions?

If you are feeling unwell, please do not attend. If you have booked tickets, you can request a refund through Humanitix.

Most importantly..

Bring your mask. Be kind to yourself, be kind to others.

Share your toilet paper,

check in on your neighbours, and remember that staying home if you’re not feeling well is also an act of kindness.
