Description

Out of your head. Into your body.

Christmas can be wonderful. The lead-up can also be a lot: work to finish, plans to make, family to organise, and people pulling you in twelve different directions.

Before the season gathers pace, take an afternoon to put some of it down and reconnect with yourself. Krystle Bragg and Sophie Bennett will guide you through meditation, yin yoga, conscious connected breathwork and reflection: time to move, breathe and make room for what matters in the weeks ahead.

No experience is needed, and there’s no right way to do any of this. Just come as you are.

The journey

LAND - Settle with Krystle.

We begin with guided meditation to quiet the noise of everyday life and settle your nervous system. There's no pressure to clear your mind, simply an invitation to arrive and land in the room.

OPEN - Stretch with Krystle.

Once you've settled, we move into restorative yin yoga. Long-held postures gently stretch and soften the fascia, the connective tissue that holds tension throughout the body. As the fascia releases, breathing becomes easier, and the body opens. This matters because it means your body arrives at the breathwork already open rather than being asked to process while it's still holding on. Yin does the physical groundwork that makes the breath session that follows more accessible.

RELEASE - Breathe with Sophie.

With the body open and supported, Sophie guides you through a transformational breathwork journey. Through continuous conscious breathing, your body is given an opportunity to process accumulated stress, tension and emotional load. Every experience is unique because every nervous system is unique. Some people laugh, cry or experience a profound emotional release. Others gain clarity, insight or a deep sense of calm. There is no right experience, only your own.

INTEGRATE. Reflect with Sophie.

The most meaningful shifts happen through integration. We close the experience with meditation, psychology-informed reflection, and practical functional breathing techniques that help you carry what you've experienced into everyday life. You'll leave with simple, evidence-informed tools to support your wellbeing long after you've left the room.

Why take this time?

The end of the year can ask a lot of us. A deliberate pause gives you room to notice what you’ve been carrying, what you might be ready to leave behind, and what you want more of in the weeks ahead.

This isn’t about arriving at Christmas perfectly calm or having everything figured out. It’s about making some space for yourself, so you can meet the season with greater awareness and care for yourself and the people around you.

Why does this sequence work?

Each stage prepares your body and nervous system for the next. Meditation helps you arrive. Yin creates space in the fascia and softens the body. Breathwork uses that openness to support release. Integration turns the experience into something you carry forward. Rather than moving straight into an intense experience, we build the conditions gradually, so your nervous system can respond naturally rather than being asked to override itself.

You may leave with:

  • A calmer, more regulated nervous system

  • Reduced physical and mental tension

  • Greater emotional awareness and clarity

  • Practical breathing tools for everyday life

  • A deeper connection with yourself, and more capacity for whatever comes next

Your facilitators

Krystle Bragg has over 10 years' experience teaching yoga, meditation, and holistic health, and leads the first half of the day, creating a calm, restorative foundation through meditation and yin yoga that quiets the mind, softens the body, and prepares the nervous system for deeper work.

Sophie Bennett is the founder of House of Viktor, a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, meditation teacher and third-year psychology student. Sophie leads the second half of the day through transformational breathwork, psychology-informed integration and practical nervous system tools for everyday life.

Before you book - is this for you?

No previous experience with meditation, yoga or breathwork is required. This is for anyone feeling overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, emotionally stuck, or simply wanting to reconnect with themselves and build a little more capacity for what life is asking of them.

However, conscious connected breathwork isn't right for everyone. If you're pregnant, have epilepsy, a heart condition or high blood pressure, or are managing a significant mental health condition, please get in touch before booking.

FAQs

  • Is this for me?

You don't need any experience with breathwork or meditation. Whether you're navigating work pressure, anxiety, grief, burnout, major life changes, or simply wanting to reconnect with yourself, you're welcome.

Many people come because they want to:

    • Reduce stress and overwhelm

    • Feel calmer and more present

    • Process emotions they've been carrying

    • Improve mental clarity and focus

    • Sleep better

    • Build resilience

    • Create more capacity for life, work and relationships

You don't need to be "good" at breathing or meditation. We'll guide you every step of the way.

  • Who should not participate:

Although breathwork is safe for most people, transformational breathwork is not suitable for everyone.

Please speak with us before booking if you have, or have previously experienced:

    • Pregnancy

    • Epilepsy or a seizure disorder

    • Significant cardiovascular disease, including uncontrolled high blood pressure

    • Recent heart attack or stroke

    • Recent surgery or significant physical injury

    • Detached retina, glaucoma or recent eye surgery

    • Severe asthma or respiratory conditions that are not well managed

    • Brain aneurysm or history of aneurysm

    • Current psychosis, schizophrenia or bipolar disorder with recent manic episodes

    • Severe PTSD where emotional activation may be destabilising without appropriate therapeutic support

    • Any condition where intense breathing or emotional activation has been advised against by your treating medical practitioner

If you're unsure whether breathwork is appropriate for you, please get in touch before booking. We'll happily discuss your circumstances and help determine whether this session is the right fit.

  • What can I expect?

Each session combines education, gentle yin and stretching, guided breathing, nervous system regulation and time for integration.

Some people experience deep relaxation. Others feel emotional release, clarity, joy or insight. Every experience is different, and there is no right or wrong way to experience a session.

Our focus isn't creating dramatic experiences - it's helping you build greater awareness, regulation and capacity that supports everyday life.

  • Is it safe?

Your safety is our highest priority.

All sessions are trauma-informed and facilitated with care. You are always in control of your experience, and you can slow down, pause or stop at any time.

Before every session we'll explain exactly what to expect and answer any questions you may have. We do not push people into having dramatic or overwhelming experiences, we will have several facilitators holding space to ensure everyone is kept safe and supported.

  • What if I become emotional?

    This is completely normal.

Breathwork can help create space for emotions that have been sitting beneath the surface. Some people laugh, some cry, some feel nothing at all. Every response is valid.

Our role is to provide a safe, supportive environment where you can simply experience whatever arises, without judgement or expectation.

  • Is this therapy?

    No.

Our sessions are educational and wellbeing experiences designed to support nervous system regulation, self-awareness and emotional wellbeing.

They are not a substitute for psychological, psychiatric or medical treatment. If you're currently receiving support from a healthcare professional, breathwork may complement your existing care, and we encourage you to discuss participation with your treating practitioner if you're unsure.
