Two class times: 1:30 and 5:30 p.m. Please select your preferred time when signing up.

The holidays offer an opportunity to bring us together in joy, peace and gratitude. A time to rest and replenish. Somewhere along the way we learned to move into states of elevated stress. Join us for The Calm Holiday Kitchen, a seasonal cooking class exploring how the foods we prepare and the way we prepare them can help us slow down and reconnect with joy and relaxation.

We’ll explore the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and its approach to fall foods, along with:

· hearty whole food, plant based Mediterranean dishes
· fresh seasonal ingredients for the upcoming holidays
· practical tips for creating calm and relaxation

In this class we’ll prepare dishes that feel right at home on your holiday table while exploring ways to bring more ease and intention into holiday cooking and eating. We are joined by Tammy Bray of Qigong 4 Well-Being and Divine Shine. She will lead us through simple Qigong practices designed to help calm the nervous system, settle the body and create a little more space during a busy season.
