A Bi-Weekly Class for Women Navigating Change Through Breath & Mindfulness
Location: Rise Temple Studio, Upper Burringbar (address shared upon booking)
When: Thursdays (fortnightly) at 6:00 PM
Duration: 90 minutes
Cost: $33 per session
This sacred space is devoted to women in peri/menopause who are seeking a gentle, holistic way to reconnect to themselves during this powerful life phase.
Led by Amanda Jane, Certified Breath & Mindfulness Coach, these bi-weekly sessions blend calming breathwork, intuitive reflection, and guided meditation to help ease emotional overwhelm, fatigue, anxiety, and hormonal imbalances.
