Toddler & Triceps is back! Where parenting meets movement (and a little chaos).

While we work on turning this into a regular class, we’re diving in for round two! Join us Monday 4th August, 9.30 to 10.30am

Opposite ASB Bank at The Hub Hornby

$20 per parent. Babies and toddlers welcome.

Expect 30 minutes of relaxed, feel-good movement with a qualified trainer, followed by coffee and connection while the kids play. No gym gear or fitness experience needed. Just come as you are.

What to bring:

Exercise mat (you can grab one from Kmart for around $6)
Water bottle
Sweat towel
Yourself, as you are

For the kids:

Messy play trays
Colouring station
Toys and baby playpen
Changing mats and changing area

Toddlers can join in or play nearby. Either way, you’re in good company.

Limited to 20 mums and their little sidekicks.
