The NOW Business Network Inc proudly invites you to join The Carers’ Foundation Ambassador and aspiring 2024 Unsung Hero participant, Joan Wilson-Jones, and her special guests, for a delicious two course lunch (includes three-hour beverage package), fun filled entertainment, lots of laughter, and some inspiration for life. You will also be playing a big part in helping Joan to raise funds to secure her 2024 Unsung Heroes Gala singing spot in support of The Carers Foundation Australia. Funds that will all go to bringing Australia’s first Carer Wellbeing and Connection Centre into being.
Triple M's The Big Breakfast co-host (and 2023 Unsung Hero singing sensation), Margaux Parker will MC the event and Dr Dinesh Palipana OAM, and 2021 Queensland Australian of the year, will share his inspirational and entertaining story of amazing triumph over adversity.
Guests will also get a sneak preview of Joan in action when she warms up her vocal cords to entertain us during lunch (supported by Brisbane band Calcite).
Lots of raffle prizes, exciting auction items and live music, what a great way to relax and support Joan and The Carers Foundation and make a real difference to the life of home-based family carers.
Dress code is elegant casual.

Who is the Carers Foundation?
The Carers Foundation Australia provides family carers with our unique wellbeing programs to support their physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. Thousands of carers have attended our life saving and life changing programs and found that they are better able to cope with their caring role when they return home.
The purpose of these programs is to prevent health crisis breakdown from the impact of caring.
OUR VISION is to provide a purpose-built Wellbeing and Connection Centre for Carers Australia wide.
