Refund policy

Cancellation Policy CANCELLATION If you wish to cancel your booking with TLC for Kids, we will require written notification, and the following will apply: If cancellation occurs more than two months from the event date, 90% of the purchased ticket(s) or sponsorship will be refunded. If cancellation occurs between two months and one month from the event date, 50% of the purchased ticket(s) or sponsorship will be refunded. If cancellation occurs less than one month from the event date, you forfeit 100% of the purchased ticket(s) or sponsorship. FORCE MAJEURE If any part of the event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed, in whole or in part, for any reason whatsoever that is beyond TLC for Kids’ control, there is no right to refund or exchange. TLC for Kids, if possible, will endeavour to arrange a substitute event.
