The Chandlery is excited to launch their 2024 winter communal dining experience, a series of shared tasting dinners celebrating the incredible artisan work of our local winemaker, brewer, distiller & farmer friends.

Each evening the guest producers will give first hand insights into their passion and process while The Chandlery kitchen team led by Executive Chef Daniel Livingstone and Head Chef David Rupert, draw inspiration to create a 4 course, 8 dish and 8 paired drinks menu that will be enjoyed overlooking the bay in Port Melbourne.

We kick off the series collaborating with local winemaker Nikki Palun (Susuro/Octtava wines).

Nikkis wealth of winemaking experience both in Australia & overseas culminated in her establishing the Susuro & Octtava wine labels which produce delicious, Lo-Fi wines which capture beautiful expressions of a grapes time and place.

We look forward to partnering with our neighbour Nikki (her urban winery is also in Port Melbourne!) in welcoming you to this special evening at The Chandlery.
