Changemaker´s Journey

The Changemaker´s Journey is a 4 days workshop designed to empower and inspire people that are working – or want to work – on projects and organizations to provoke positive impact in the world. It is the result of 14 years of experience, studies, and practices of efficient transformation techniques.

Participants will have a safe space to share their experiences and also to connect with themselves, others, and the planet on a deeper level. We´ll go on a holistic journey to deeply investigate where you are at right now in your life, and where do you want to be not only on a professional but also on a personal level.

The journey consists of 4 encounters 3 hours each, where you´ll investigate your strengths, your challenges, and how to overcome them. You´ll be invited to look at yourself, to pause, to celebrate your own story. You´ll hear about other people´s stories and will learn from them. You´ll connect deeply to why you do what you do. You´ll build community and be supported.

A struggle many people feel when they embrace the vision of creating positive impact many times is stress, loneliness, anxiety, lack of hope, money, and other resources. They often work a lot and feel giving more energy than receiving, especially at the beginning.

Being a changemaker is quite challenging, it´s not for everyone and whoever embraces the mission will benefit from this workshop. The Changemaker's Journey was created to celebrate your existence and to empower you even more, so you can do your work feeling happier, stronger, and lighter.

About the facilitator Karina Miotto

Karina Miotto works tirelessly to support nature and changemakers – people who are working to change our world for the better. She´s been leading workshops and giving talks in several countries like Brazil, the United States, Germany, England, and now, Australia.

She is a communicator, life coach, environmentalist, activist, and deep ecologist. As an environmental journalist, she lived and worked 5 years in the Amazon Rainforest in Brazil working for big NGO´s like Greenpeace and Amazon Watch. She is got a Master's Degree in Holistic Science from Schumacher College, England. She is a facilitator of a powerful methodology called The Work That Reconnects. She also works as a speaker´s coach, trained by TED and as an individual “coach”, helping people to empower themselves in their projects to heal themselves and the planet.
