The Check-In

Welcome to our first men’s mental wellness check-in for the year. 

Last year we ran 24 of these in Rockhampton with phenomenal success. This year we are delivering these in 3 locations - Yeppoon, Rockhampton, and Gladstone. 

If you are a man aged 16 and above, you are welcome at the check-in. 

The check-in is a 2 hour facilitated event where we as men get to disconnect from the busyness of life, take some time for ourselves, check-in with our mental health and connect with other like-minded men.

There is an exchange and this is a ticketed event. However 16-17yr olds attend for free.
