Men's Breathwork & Check In Session - IN PERSON

The Check In Session (In Person) Details:

Thanks so much for your interest in The Check-In Session.

The intention is to offer the men in my community an opportunity to come together to talk about whatever is going on for them that day, that week or that month.

The experience is designed to foster ‘active listening’, with participants encouraged to share as much or as little as they choose.

Which Day is it on?
In general, it will be on the first Sunday of every month, however due to public holidays / special events, this will change to the second Sunday of the month. Please check this Humanitix listing for updates.
