When we make a solid and conscious effort to celebrate each other’s successes, we reinforce that we are all in this together - to lean on, to inspire and to succeed. We remind ourselves that we are a team and support network for each other in this crazy (but amazing) world of small business.

Although you may trade business cards, The Cheers Squad simply exists to foster a foundation of strong relationships among women who support one another, and mutual success.

My main reason behind creating this social meetup group was to provide an opportunity for us business owners to recognise and acknowledge one another's achievements at some insta-worthy Perth venues.

As the owner and founder of Allyaide and The Cheers Squad, I promise to always get to know you personally, support your wins, respond to your questions, and offer advice.

How do I know if The Cheers Squad is for me?

If you're located in Perth, are just as enthusiastic about the success of others as you are about your own and want to attend a series of events that are low-key, low-cost and centred around good food and good company, then The Cheers Squad is for you.

This month we are #GETTINGSHITDONE with a structured and interactive co-working day at Halo Espresso. We have the entire function room to ourselves, so grab your laptop, notebook and get ready to smash your to-do list with your fellow biz besties.

How much does it cost to attend?

Registration is a small non-refundable fee of $10, which allows Allyaide to facilitate the meetup and reserve your exclusive spot at the table. You are solely responsible for any transport to/from, individual food, beverages, or miscellaneous items purchased at the meetup.

How is the day structured?

The day will be structured around a Ultradian Rhythm, where we work in multiple uninterrupted 90 minute sprints, followed by 20 minute breaks. This structure accounts for the ebb and flow of our energy levels throughout the day.

9:00am - Coffee, introductions, and intention setting

9:30am - Work sprint 1

11:00am - Break 1

11:20am - Work sprint 2 (or have a lunch - up to you!)

12:50pm - Break 2

1:10pm - Work sprint 3

2:40pm - Wrap up/reflections, free time and networking

How many people attend these meetups?

This meetup is capped at 10 people. This keeps the vibe intimate and fun and allows everyone who attends to get to know one another at a personal level. No one ever gets left behind!

When do I need to RSVP by?

RSVPs close 3 days before the meetup date or when all spaces are filled (whichever comes first). With such limited spots available, I'd advise you to get in fast to avoid missing out!

I've RSVP'd but can no longer attend. Do I have to let you know?

Oh what a bummer! But yes please! Be a decent human! If you can't make it, please let me know via email info@allyaide.com so I can free up the spot for someone else on the waiting list. I don't offer refunds, but you're more than welcome to transfer your ticket to a fellow biz babe, family member or friend.

How often will these meetups occur?

Monthly baby! Tickets for each meetup will be released at the start of each month so that everyone has the chance to RSVP and not miss out.

Will you be offering meetups on different days and times?

The short answer is yes. The plan is to offer a diverse mix of meetups to cater to all types of business owners NOR and SOR, including the side-hustlers, the working mums, and the full timers. Don't worry - you'll be filling your diary up with dinnering, drinking, brunching and lunching before you know it!
