Welcome to the Chillout Project.

You are invited to join a 2 hour experience where we will be journeying through the multitude of depth and pace of our breath, together as we allow the warm sound of the oldest wind instrument, the Yidaki (commonly didgeridoo) envelop us into a cocoon of vibration. Along with ethereal singing bowls that will tune our bodies accordingly, humming and singing gracefully through us like the dance of stars across the night sky.

This event is a couple days before we transition from the Fiery sign of Leo to the Grounding sign of Virgo.

We welcome you to join us on this chill day to relax, unwind and literally chillout as you are openly guided through the whole experience.

What's Included:

• Ceremonial Cacao to open the space

• Intention setting individually and collectively

• Guided Breathwork Journey to synchronise mind, body, and spirit

• Singing Bowls Sound Bath

• Yidaki Sound Immersion

• Guided Meditation

What to Bring:

• Mat

• Water bottle

• Keep cup if you have one (there will be biodegradable cups provided)

• Warm clothes or layers for the Sound Healing

Schedule:

Arrival at 2:20pm to allow yourself time to set up space and arrive. We will begin at 2:30pm and journey for approximately 2hrs wrapping up our journey at 4:30pm.

Meet your Facilitators:
Dan and Destiny met while teaching yoga at the same studio, and there shared passion of creating spaces for people to feel good, relax, and connect brought them together to create The Chillout Project.

Danzai

Dan’s passions revolve around the human body and discovering all the things it can do. Having studied with various Masters in their respective fields such as Charles Poliquin, Wim Hof, DK Yoo, Mantak Chia and many more he is continuously expanding his understanding and application of how to truly unlock our potential and teach others how to do so as well.

Destiny

Destiny is a Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Sound Healer, and Breathwork Facilitator. She offers movement, breath, meditation, and sound holistic practices to help people feel nourished, connected, and empowered in wholeness and belonging.
