Choosing Woo is a small-group journey for women who feel drawn to gather, explore meaningful topics, and reconnect with parts of themselves that can get lost in the busyness of everyday life.

Together we create a space where you can show up as you are; whether that be curious, uncertain, excited, grieving, hopeful, confused, inspired, or somewhere in between.

Across three - six months, we use different themes as guides for exploration and for conversations about life, relationships, creativity, expression, pleasure, dreams, belonging, and self-trust.

We meet fortnightly for 3 months (6 sessions total), moving through a structured journey of embodiment, reflection, breathwork, intuitive development, and honest conversation in a supportive group container, using the chakras as inspiration for each sessions theme.

Please note this isn't a one-off workshop. It is a committed group experience designed for depth, integration, and real change over time.

Each session weaves together breathwork, embodiment practices, reflection, and guided exploration, alongside guest facilitators who bring their own grounded wisdom and lived experience.

The journey begins on 29th of September and when you book, you are enrolling in the full 3-month container.
