A 6-month, fortnightly women’s journey of embodiment, intuition, and self-trust, held in community in North Brisbane.

This is a space for women who have already done a lot of inner work and are now ready to bring it into lived experience, in their bodies, relationships, and everyday lives.

We meet fortnightly for 6 months (12 sessions total), moving through a structured journey of embodiment, reflection, breathwork, intuitive development, and honest conversation in a supportive group container, using the chakras as inspiration for each sessions theme.

This is not a one-off workshop. It is a committed group experience designed for depth, integration, and real change over time.

Each session weaves together breathwork, embodiment practices, reflection, and guided exploration, alongside guest facilitators who bring their own grounded wisdom and lived experience.

The journey begins on 7th of July, and when you book, you are enrolling in the full 6-month container.

Who this is for

This journey is for women who feel called to:

move beyond “doing the work” into living it

stop navigating life alone

You don’t need to have anything figured out, just a willingness to show up honestly.

Optional pathway

There is also an optional 3-month entry point (Expansion) for women who feel called to join for just the second half of the journey.
