The Circle II Breathwork and Cacao experience

Join Cozz and Jazz for a transformative evening of Holotropic Breathwork, Cacao & Yin.

This is designed exclusively as women's only event. When women journey deeply together there is often a profoundly sacred and healing process that unfolds.

Our bodies hold memories that our minds may forget. By breathing in a connected way, we tap into our bodies innate healing powers.

Our intention is to create a safe space where you can release the armour that surrounds your heart, to find your peace and purpose. An opportunity for you to rewrite old childhood stories, but also give insight of how your body & mind feels when you peel back the layers and remove fear, judgement, and stress.

Conscious breath with the support of sacred cacao opening our hearts and bridging us between the physical and spiritual realms to unlock hidden truths within your soul. This combination gives you the time, space, and ability to unveil your truths and shadows to bring restoration, facilitate self-healing and release energetic blockages.
