Stallholder Package Includes:

• Venue Hire

• One Clothing Rack

• One Table

• Change Room Facility Setup

• Printable Signage

• Event Advertising

Stallholder Responsibilities:

• Price your garments and accessories clearly.

• Manage your own payment methods (we suggest cash and bank transfers - print out your bank details to make it easy for people)

• Assist with change room monitoring during the event.

• Pack in and pack out your items on the event day.

How to Book Your Stall:

• Click the "Book Now" button to secure your stall.

• Complete the booking process and payment.

• You will receive a confirmation email with further details closer to the event

Important Notes:

• Limited stalls available (8 stalls). Book early to avoid disappointment.

• One stall per person - we will provide ONE x rack and ONE x table, you are permitted to bring ONE extra rack only as space is limited.

• Public event runs from 10 am - 1 pm, stallholders have access from 9:15am for setup and need to be out of the hall by 1:30pm as there is another booking directly after us

• no counterfeit items, clothes must be clean, and in excellent second hand quality 

• Street parking will be available around the hall to load and unload your clothes
