Climate change is the biggest threat and disruptor of our times, so how can we help? This workshop is the perfect combination of climate action, local inspiration and capacity building for you, your community group or organisation. Presenters, Good for the Hood will unpack practical but simple tips to help you to:

Discover where greenhouse gasses that contribute to climate change come from in our local community and how they are measured.
Explore what you can do to have the greatest impact to reduce your greenhouse gas emissions from energy, transport and food.
See how you can contribute to Council’s strategic plans and target for the community to become ‘net zero’ by 2040.
Learn how to make your local community stronger by developing resilience and adapting to the changing climate.

There will be time for a cuppa and an opportunity to connect with other like-minded people.
