Upcoming Session: "The Cluster F*ck that is Cluster B"

Date & Time: August 29th at 7:00 PM CST (SAST: August 30th, 2:00 AM)

Join Mx. Dizzy for an eye-opening, no-BS discussion exploring the complexities of Cluster B personality disorders—including Borderline, Narcissistic, Histrionic, and Antisocial Personality Disorders. This session will delve into symptoms, causes, treatment options, and challenge the stigma surrounding these conditions both within and outside the mental health community. We’ll also tackle the “but...what can I do?” mentality and learn actionable strategies for education, advocacy, and support.

Content Warning & Platform Decree:

This class is intended solely for educational purposes—NOT therapy or clinical treatment. It is designed to promote understanding and dispel misconceptions about Cluster B disorders. Attendees are expected to conduct themselves with respect and refrain from discrimination or disruptive behavior. Zero tolerance applies to any form of bigotry, harassment, or disrespect during the session.

Additional Notes:

Mx. Dizzy brings both expertise and lived experience to this discussion, offering insights into how language, pop psychology, and systemic biases perpetuate harmful stereotypes. Participants will leave with a clearer understanding of Cluster B disorders, tools to challenge misconceptions, and resources to continue learning.

A word from Mx. Dizzy:

My mention of my educational background is to provide context for my perspective—anyone can seek understanding through research and learning, regardless of formal credentials. Bigotry against those without licenses or PhDs is unjust and harmful. Future sessions will clarify these points further to ensure transparency and respect for all participants.

Join us to foster understanding, challenge stereotypes, and support mental health awareness.
