As we transition into Winter, everything in nature begins to slow down and descend it's energy into the earth in order to restore life. This shift in energy is communicating with our body, and is a direct invitation to be doing less and prioritising rest, in order to restore our entire body's system. It's the perfect time to be preserving our energy, nourishing ourselves with practices that bring us into a deeply regulated state of being and widening our capacity to simply, be.

The blueprint of this experience is specifically designed to alchemise deep nature wisdom with your somatic intelligence - to follow nature's rhythm, regulate your nervous system & re-claim presence in your body. No prior experience in any of these practices is needed. You will leave with tools that will support you for life.

This is a space for everyone - all bodies, all nervous systems, all ages, all experiences.

WHAT'S INVOLVED?

Yin Yoga, somatic practice, nervous system tools, breath techniques, journalling, deep nature wisdom & TCM workshop, yoga nidra.

REGULATE: Breath & sounding techniques that are designed to disperse & down-regulate the nervous system.

FEEL: Somatic movement practice to bring your mind and body into cohesion and reclaim presence in your body.

ATTUNE: A medicinal Yin Yoga practice for deep rest in the body that will nourish your kidneys, adrenals and bladder. This practice is attuning to the energy of the Water element which is most active in Winter, and will provide you with an understanding of how to live in alignment with the cycles of nature and best support yourself in this time.

DESCEND: A Yoga Nidra practice (also known as yogic sleep), a specific style of meditation designed to bring you into a state of deep, awake rest.

Raw plant-based treats, snacks & organic herbal tea will be provided.
