Description

Regenerative Leadership for High Tech Cultures (MASTERCAMP - ICP-ENT + ICP-CAT) is an immersive online retreat for people who sense that the challenges of our time cannot be met with traditional leadership models, linear change approaches, or technical expertise alone. Digital sovereignty depends on our ability to master digital high tech, including AI.

This program invites participants into a living developmental experience where leadership is understood as an inner, relational, and systemic practice — grounded in sense-making, adaptive action, and regenerative orientation.

Originally developed for enterprise agile coaches working on large-scale transformation, this program now opens to anyone willing to take responsibility for leadership in these times — in organizations, communities, initiatives, or societal contexts.

The lessons learned in organizing for software development, and specifically in the Agility movement, are useful in today's organizational reality. Therefore, the ability for the leadership team to facilitate transformation for itself and the organization is a key ingredient to success. The ability to evolve faster than the world around us can be a strategic competitive advantage and secure the survival of a business in the long run.

Why this event?

We are living in a period of increasing complexity, fragmentation, and uncertainty. Many people feel the call to contribute — yet lack spaces that support deep developmental work, honest sense-making, and the capacity to act wisely in the midst of not-knowing.

This program creates such a space and can help to initiate one's journey to deliberately develop one's abilities to lead in our demanding times. Participants get to know a way to thrive with every challenge and recharge in the process, instead of dealing with continuing overwhelm.

Rather than offering tools or prescriptions, the program focuses on developing the capacities required to work with living systems — human, organizational, and societal — where outcomes cannot be controlled, but conditions can be shaped.

What You Will Develop

  • Work skillfully with complexity, uncertainty, and emergence

  • Sense and respond to patterns in individuals, groups, and systems

  • Increased Mental fitness and the ability to hold tension, paradox, and multiple perspectives without collapsing

  • Understanding of the path to act with greater clarity, emotional maturity, and grounded presence

  • Cultivate a regenerative orientation — supporting long-term vitality rather than short-term optimization

A Developmental Space

The program is intentionally designed as a developmental container — one that invites honesty, reflection, feedback, and shared learning. The group itself becomes part of the curriculum, offering a rare opportunity to practice leadership while learning it.

Many participants describe the experience as a threshold — a shift in how they understand themselves, leadership, and the systems they are part of.
