The stars have finally aligned and we now have a window of time to join together -- in person and fully embodied -- to explore our individual and collective path forward. The times are urgent, the disruption palpable, the longing acute. The opportunity is here for us to create a collective coherence, one with the possibility of shifting larger systems. Who knows?

Over four days and three nights, we will practice, explore, commune, and deepen our connection. This retreat is aimed at alumni of The Collective Edge's transformational leadership programs, Transformation Mastery & Enterprise Coach Mastercamp.

The program design is not yet finalized, but anticipate Randolf Speigner and me leading some Integral Sensemaking exercises that you can facilitate with clients, doing some deep personal inner work, and Spayd playing with systemic magic in the mornings, exploring the field of some of your clients as well as the overall world field surrounding us.

We're planning lots of in-person activities you just cannot do in Zoom!

- Stepping into my inner mystic / shamanic practitioner, I will be previewing some major new content that will take the form of systemic improvisation with all of you.
- Exploring how to conduct ritual, in a variety of forms, for systemic impact.
- Exploring presencing practices inspired by Theory U

Program Dates:
- Arrive April 6 (Sunday) late afternoon, opening ritual, dinner together, kickoff evening program (late arrivals welcome)
- Leave April 9 (Wednesday) after lunch
Lodging capacity -- Quinta Do Rio is a retreat center, where double occupancy is the traditional accommodation. This may seem a bit awkward to our business habits, but there is a chance to bond with a friend more deeply and explore your own edges. We invite you to self-organize roommate matching and will help facilitate that process. There are a limited number of single rooms available for an extra cost to the individual (available as a separate ticket at registration).
Meals -- We are contracting with a local caterer to prepare traditional Portuguese meals for lunch and dinner; for breakfasts, we will buy foods for simple breakfasts.
Tickets & target attendance -- keeping the costs to a minimum has been very important to us in our planning to hopefully not exclude anyone. The ticket price is €1350, double occupancy, which includes lodging and meals.
