This fortnight, what is asking for energetic healing across all of us is hypersensitivity.

Do you feel everything, all the time? Sounds too loud, emotions too big, other people's moods landing in your body before you've even registered your own?

A hypersensitive nervous system quite often has an energy field that is wide open and flooded with input. In energetic terms, your true spiritual nature faces inward while the outer, mirror-like quality of your energy field faces outward, picking up and reflecting the world around you. For many hypersensitive people, including autistic and Asperger's children and adults, this can feel like being trapped inside your own kindness and openness and overwhelmed by stimulation.

In this session, we'll work to energetically balance the brain's major integrative pathways and centres, helping the nervous system process and filter sensory and emotional input rather than being flooded by it. The aim is not to become less sensitive, it is to help that sensitivity feel less like an assault and more like a gift you can carry comfortably.

Suitable for adults and children. Because the session is energetic and does not require active participation, children can simply sleep, rest, play quietly, or be nearby while it happens. There is no need to sit still or "do" anything.
