Wines to be tasted—

• White – unoaked and no skin contact
• Yellow – oxidative wines affected by flor
• Amber – skin contact, orange
• Pink – skin contact, eg. pinot gris
• Rosé – skin contact red
• White – oaked
• Red – light-bodied, unoaked
• Red – full-bodied, oaked
