~ What makes a wine taste of vanilla or peach or melon or blackcurrants?
These and more questions will be answered in this friendly session suitable for those new to wine or those keen to learn why they like what they like.

- How to taste wine
Wines to be tasted—
- White – unoaked and no skin contact
- Yellow – oxidative wines affected by flor
- Amber – skin contact, orange
- Pink – skin contact, eg. pinot gris
- Rosé – skin contact red
- White – oaked
- Red – light-bodied, unoaked
- Red – full-bodied, oaked
