Central Otago, Healthy Hospo is coming! We’d love to invite you to connect with your hospo community over some good food, take a couple of hours to destress and learn some practical tools to support your energy levels.

What is Healthy Hospo?

Healthy Hospo is a LION funded not-for-profit initiative dedicated to creating a healthier, happier, hospitality industry. We recognise the importance of connection and community and are on a mission to create spaces for hospitality humans to come together, connect and explore valuable tools to support their wellbeing.

Joining us for this session is nutritionist, personal trainer and founder of two-six wellness Joshua Fanks.

What you will gain:

In this practical session, you will learn how nutrition, breathing, movement, recovery, mindset and connection all influence the way you think, lead, perform and communicate at work.

Joshua will guide the group through breathing exercises and techniques that help you understand how stress builds up in the body, how your breath can influence your focus and energy and how to shift from a reactive state to a calmer, more controlled one.

You will leave with practical strategies you can use immediately to improve energy, support resilience and regulate stress and a new network of local hospo humans!
