✨ A transformative 8-week series to help you reconnect with your body, own your presence, and step fully into your confidence — in a space where all of you is welcome.

Confidence Club is a gender-inclusive, body-celebrating, movement-based workshop series designed to support folks of all identities in building authentic, embodied confidence. Through guided movement, self-reflection, group connection, and empowering rituals, you'll explore what confidence feels like for you — in your body, in your story, and in your truth.

Whether you're preparing to show up for a job interview, a performance, a first date, or simply for yourself — this course offers the tools and support to help you feel grounded, seen, and powerful in any room you walk into. You don’t need to be loud or extroverted to feel confident — this space honours quiet power, soft strength, and bold self-expression in all forms.

Led by Scarlett Mustang, a multidisciplinary performer and facilitator with over a decade of experience in the fields of rehabilitation and wellbeing, Confidence Club blends creativity with compassion. Scarlett’s background includes over 10 years supporting people in building capacity through psychological and physical approaches — making this workshop both empowering and trauma-aware, especially for queer and gender-diverse folks.

Over 8 weekly 90-minute sessions, we’ll move, journal, share, and grow in a supportive and non-judgmental space. Whether you're reconnecting with yourself, affirming your identity, or craving a confidence boost — you’ll find community and clarity here.

Confidence Club is for you if you're:

This space celebrates all genders, bodies, and abilities. No dance or movement experience required. Come as you are — your presence is enough.
