Confidence isn't something you're born with, it's something you build.

Whether you're stepping into a new career, growing as a leader, speaking up in meetings or simply learning to back yourself, confidence influences every area of your life.

Join Larissa Jones, Founder of The Beauty Heartist, for an engaging and highly interactive session designed to challenge self-doubt, strengthen your mindset and help you build authentic confidence from the inside out.

Through movement, meaningful conversations, partner activities and practical confidence-building exercises, you'll gain valuable insights into yourself while connecting with others in a fun, supportive environment.

This isn't your typical sit-and-listen presentation, it's an opportunity to step outside your comfort zone, discover your strengths and leave feeling empowered to show up as the best version of yourself.

Guests are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and footwear where possible, as this will be an interactive session with movement and partner activities. If you're coming straight from work, that's absolutely fine too - we'll make it work!

You'll walk away with:

• Practical strategies to overcome self-doubt and strengthen authentic self-confidence.

• Greater self-awareness through interactive activities that explore mindset, identity and the stories we tell ourselves.

• Simple, actionable tools to help them show up with more courage, confidence and authenticity in both their personal and professional lives.
