The recurring heart of the Conscious Partnership Circle

Relationships flourish when they’re tended to consistently—not only during moments of crisis, but through intentional practice, community, and shared growth.

Heart Practice is the foundational gathering of the Conscious Partnership Circle: a twice-monthly community experience where romantic partners come together to deepen connection, strengthen communication, and remember that they don’t have to navigate relationship alone.

Every gathering offers a structured 90-minute experience designed to help couples slow down, reconnect with themselves and one another, and build meaningful relationships with other couples in the community. While each session explores a different relational theme, every evening follows the same familiar rhythm: arriving together, embodied partner practices, an experiential teaching, small-group conversations, whole-circle sharing, and a closing integration.

Themes may include conscious communication, conflict and repair, vulnerability, emotional safety, intimacy, boundaries, attachment, desire, appreciation, and authentic partnership.

Our work is informed by attachment theory, somatic psychology, Imago Relationship Therapy, mindfulness, and conscious relationship practices. Rather than simply learning concepts, you’ll have the opportunity to experience them through guided exercises and meaningful conversations with your partner and the larger community.

Heart Practice is built on a few simple values:

Presence over performance
Curiosity over certainty
Embodiment over intellectualizing
Compassion over blame
Accountability without shame
Consent, confidentiality, authenticity, and community

We believe conflict isn’t something to avoid—it’s often an invitation into deeper understanding. We believe repair is more important than perfection. And we believe that relationships become more resilient when they’re supported by community rather than carried in isolation.

This is not couples therapy, nor is it a space where anyone is expected to have the “perfect” relationship. It’s a place to practice. To be witnessed. To learn from one another. To celebrate, struggle, laugh, reconnect, and grow together.

Whether you’re arriving in a season of joy or a season of challenge, you’ll find a welcoming community committed to walking this path alongside you.

We hope Heart Practice becomes a place you know you can return to—month after month, year after year—a steady home for your relationship.
